Coconut barfi Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 narial (coconut fresh & peeled)
  • 3 tbsp ghee
  • 2 cups narial (coconut grinded)
  • 3-4 cups cheeni (sugar)
  • 3-4 cups doodh (milk)
  • 1 tsp ilaichi powder (cardamom powder)
  • 8-10 pistay (pistachio sliced)

Directions

Chopper main narial daal kar achi tarah chop karlen or side par rakh den_

Degchi main ghee daal kar melt karen, grinded narial, cheeni or doodh daal kar achi tarah mix karlen_

8-10 mins ke liye paka len or musalsal chamcha chalatay rahen, ilaichi powder daal kar achi tarah mix karen_

Halki anch par 20-25 mins ya mixture yak-jan honay or degchi ki sides chorne tak paka len or musalsal chamcha chalatay rahen_

Plate or mould ko oil se grease karen or narial ke mixture ko greased mould main daal kar press karen_
Pista daal kar press karen_
1 ghanta ya set honay tak thanda karlen_

Desired shape main kaat kar serve karen_:)

Tips:
Agar khopra use kar rahen hen to 2 cups khopra 3/4 cups neem garam doodh main daal den or ek ghantay ke liye chor den_

Soaked desiccated khopra use kar rahen hen to yehi recipe follow karen or cookin ke waqt doodh ko skip karden_
