Ingredients
- 3 bari size ubli shakarqandi (sweet potato boiled 3 large)
- 3/4 cups doodh (milk)
- 1 liter ubla doodh (boiled milk)
- 4 hari ilaichi (green cardamom)
- 3/4 cups cheeni (sugar)
- 125 gm khoya
- 2 tbsp kate badaam (almonds chopped)
2 tbsp kate pistay (pistachio chopped)
Directions
Bowl main shakarqandi daal kar mash karlen, doodh shamil karen or achi tarah mash karlen or side par rakh den_
Degchi main doodh daal kar ubaal len, mash shakarqandi daal kar achi tarah mix karlen_
Hari ilaichi, cheeni or khoya daal kar garha honay tak mix karlen_
Shakarqandi ki kheer tayar hai_
Badam or pistay se garnish karke serve karen_:)
