Gajrela Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 liters taza or ubla doodh (milk fresh & boiled)
  • 1/2 cup bhigoe chawal (soaked rice)
  • 300 gm gajar (carrot grated)
  • 1/2 tsp ilaichi powder (cardamom powder)
  • 1/2 cup cheeni (sugar)
  • 2-3 tbsp kate pistay (pitachio chopped)
  • 2-3 tbsp kate badaam (almonds chopped & blanched)

Directions

Gajar ko dho kar cheel len or kadukash karlen_

Degchi main doodh garam karen, chawal (crushed) or gajar daal kar achi tarah mix karen_

Ilaichi powder daal kar halki anch par 15-20 mins ke liye paka len or chamcha chalatay rahen_

Ab cheeni shamil karen, chamcha chalatay rahen yhan tak ke cheeni ghul jaye_

Doodh kum honay or garha honay tak paka len_

Pista or badaam daal kar mix karen_

Garam ya thanda serve karen_:)
