Ingredients
- 2 cups taza doodh (fresh milk)
- 250 gm chanay ki daal 3-4 ghantay bhigoi hoi (split bengal gram soaked for 3-4 hours)
- 2-3 tbsp doodh (milk)
- 1 cup desi ghee
- 3-4 hari ilaichi (green cardamom)
- 1 cup cheeni (sugar)
- 1/2 tsp ilaichi powder (cardamom powder)
- 3 tbsp badaam (almonds)
- 2 tbsp kishmish (raisins)
- 3 tbsp khopra (coconut desiccated)
Directions
Chanay ki daal ko pani main 3-4 ghantay bhigo den_
Degchi main doodh or chanay ki daal ubal anay tak paka len_
Dhak kar halki anch par chanay ki daal gaj janay or doodh sukh janay tak paka len (takreeban 30-35 minutes) or thanda karlen_
Grinder main daal shamil karke grind karlen_ doodh shamil karke paste bana len_
Karhai main desi ghee garam karen or hari ilaichi daal kar mix karen_
Ab isme chanay ki daal ka past daal kar bhun len yhan tak ke ghee alag hojae or musalsal chamcha chalatay rahen_
Cheeni daal kar musalsal chamcha chalatay rahen yhan tak ke cheeni gal jae_
Ilaichi powder daal kar achi tarah mix karen yhan tak ke ghee alag hojae_
Badam, kishmish or khopra daal kar mix karen_
