Beef Biryani Recipe

Ingredients

  • 900 gm Gaye ka gosht (beef)
  • 3 jave Bareek kata lehsan (garlic finaly chopped)
  • 1-1/2 inch ka Bareek kata adrak ka tukra (ginger chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Pissi daarcheeni (cinnamon powder)
  • 1 tbsp Kutti ilaichi ke dane (cardamom pods crushed)
  • 1 tsp Long (cloves)
  • 1 tsp Kutta dhania (coriander seeds)
  • 1 tsp Kutta zeera (cumin seeds)
  • 1/2 tsp Haldi (turmeric)
  • 2 Kutti hari mirch (green chili)
  • 1 Lemon ka kadukash chilka (grated rind of lemon)
  • 1 nsembu ka rass (Lemon juice)
  • 1 gathi Bareek kata dhania (coriander finaly chopped 1 bunch)
  • 1 gathi Bareek kata podina (mint finaly chopped 1 bunch)
  • 125 ml Dahi (yogurt)
  • 8 tbsp tail (Oil)
  • 3 Katti piyaz (onion thinly sliced)
  • 1 Kutti piyaz (onion chopped)
  • 600 gm Chawal (rice)
  • 1/2 Kadukash jaefil (nutmeg grated)
  • 3 tbsp Kishmish (raisins seeds)
  • 1 litre Chicken ki yakhni (chicken stock)
  • Hasb e zaeqa Namak (salt to taste)
  • Hasb e zaeqa Kaali mirch ( black pepper)

Directions

Presure cooker main gosht ko 20 minutes pakaen_ab ek bowl main gosht main bareek kata lehsan, bareek kati adrak, kutta dhania, long, kutta zeera, haldi, pissi hari mirch,kutti ilaichi ke dane, lemon ka kadukash chilka, lemon juice or dahi milaem or marinate hone chor den_ab frying pan main oil garam karke piyaz ke tukre light brown karlen_phir gosht shamil larke hasb e zaeqa namak or kaali mirch milaen_dosre pan main oil garam karke kutti piyaz dal kar 2 minutes bhune_ab chawal daal kar 3 minutes tak pakaen_phir daarcheeni, jaefil, kishmish or yakhni mila kar ubalen or ek se do martaba chamcha chalaen_iske bad hasb e zaeqa namak or kaali mirch dalen or dhak kar 12 minutes dheemi anch par pakaen_jab chawal tayar hojaen to pani nichor len_ab paka hua gosht daal kar chawal main milaen or 5 minutes mazeed paka kar chawal k upar podina or dhaniya daal kar  serve karen_:)
