Instant green chili & garlic pickle Recipe

Ingredients

  • 250 gm hari mirch (green chili)
  • 125 gm desi lehsan (garlic cloves)
  • 1 tbsp namak (salt)
  • 2 tbsp zeera (cumin  seeds)
  • 1 tbsp kalonji
  • 1 tbsp methi dana (fenugreek seeds)
  • 1-1/2 tbsp rayi (muatard seeds)
  • 1 tbsp sonf (fennel seeds)
  • 2-3 tbsp cheeni (sugar)
  • 1 cups sirka (vinegar)
  • 1 tsp haldi (turmeric)
  • 1 tbsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
  • 1/2 cup oil

Directions

Hari mirch or lehsan ko dho kar sukha len_
Hari mirch ko kitchen scissor ki madad se bech mese kaat len_
Ab hari mirch main lehsan or namak daal kar mix karlen or adhay ghantay ke liye chor den_

Grinder main zeera, kalonji, rayi dana, methi dana, sonf or cheeni shamil karke grind karke tamam masala crush hojae_
Achar masala tayar hai (powder nahi banana hai)

Sirkay main haldi, adrak lehsan paste or achar masala daal kar achi tarah mix karen_

Karhai main oil garam karen, ab isme hari mirchen or lehsan (coated with salt) shamil karke tez anch par 5 mins ke liye saute karen_

Ab isme sirka mixture daal kar 5-7 mins paka len yhan tak ke oil upar ajae_

Tips:

Instant pickle hamesha kum quantity main banana zada behter rehta hai_
1/2 kg se 1 kg jo jald hi istemal hojae_
Achar ka masala mixture bana kar rakh den or kab achar banana hoto istemal karlen_
Ap is achar ko room temperature main store kar saktay hain ya phir refrigerate karlen_
Hamesha saaf or sukha jar istemal karen_
Geela or jhoota chamcha istemal karen_
Achar hath se jar mese na nikale, spoon se istemal karen_:)
