- 2-3 cups neem garam pani (lukewarm water)
- 200 ml cream refrigerated
- Chocolate shaving
- Cherries for garnishing
Directions
Plain pound cake len or uski patli layer kaat len_
Cake ke kinaray trim karen or cake layer ko 6-inch spring form pan main rakh den_
Doubler boiler main pani daal kar halki anch par simmer karen_
Bowl rakh kar dark chocolate or cheeni daal kar halki anch par mix karen_
Cream daal kar smooth honay tak mix karen_
Ek, ek karke anday ki zardiyan shamil karen or musalsal mix kartay rahen 2-3 mins ke liye or chulah band karden_
Gelatin main coffee or neem garam pani daal kar mix karen_
Ab is mixture ko chocolate mixture main daal kar musalsal whisk kartay rahen take koi lumps na banae, 5-8 mins ke liye side par rakh den_
200 ml cream ko whisk karen yhan tak ke soft peaks ban jaen_
Jese hi mixture thanda ho usme whipped cream daal kar mix karen_
Mousse mixture ko spring form pan ke andar cake layer ke upar daal den or 4-6 ghantay ke liye refrigerate karlen_
Cake ki sides ko churi ki madad se loose karlen or cake ko spring form pan se nikaal len_
Chocolate shaving or cherries se garnish karen_
Chocolate mousse cake tayar hai isse serve karen_:)
