- 1-1/2 tsp adrak lehsan paste (ginger garlic paste)
- 1 tamatar (tomato pureed)
- 1/2 tsp haldi powder (turmeric powder)
- 1 tsp laal mirch powder (red chili powder)
- 1/2 tsp dhania powder (coriander powder)
- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- 1 cup masoor daal 1 ghanta bhigoi hoi (split orange lentil soaked 1 hour)
- 1 cup soya (dill chopped)
- 2 cups pani (water)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 2 tbsp desi ghee melted
- Hari mirch (green chili)
- Dill (soya)
Directions
Pan main oil or zeera daal kar achi tarah mix karen, hing daal kar mix karen_
Adrak lehsan paste daal kar achi tarah mix karlen_
Tamatar puree daal kar achi tarah mix karen or 3-4 mins ke liye paka len_
Haldi powder daal kar 1 min ke liye achi tarah mix karen_
Laal mirch powder, dhania powder or namak daal kar achi tarah mix karen_
Masoor daal or soya daal kar achi tarah mix karen_
Pani shamil karen or achi tarah mix karlen_
Ubaal anay par dhak den or halki darmiyani anch par daal gal janay tak pakaen_
Garam masala powder daal kar dhak den or 2 mins ke liye dum par rakh den_
Desi ghee melted daal den_
Hari mirch, desi ghee or dill daal kar serve karen_:)
