- 1/2 tsp kaali mirch powder (black pepper powder)
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1/2 tsp sirka (vinegar)
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 kg mutton ribs
Directions
Bowl main adrak paste, lehsan paste, laal mirch powder, namak, brown sugar, kaali mirch powder, tomato ketchup, sirka, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, mustard paste or olive oil daal kar achi tarah mix karen or side pe rakh den_
Bowl main mutton ribs or tayar marination daal kar achi tarah mix karen or 3-4 ghantay ke liye marinate karlen_
Marinated mutton ribs ko aluminum foil main fold karen or pehle se garam oven main 180c par 1 ghantay ke liye bake karlen_
Oven se bahar nikaal kar aluminum foil ko khol len or dubara 180c par 30 mins bake karlen_
10 mins rest den phir desired shapes main kaat kar serve karen_:)
