Ingredients
- 1/2 kg gaye ka qeema (beef mince)
- 1 tsp namak (salt)
- 2 tbsp kacha papeeta (raw papaya paste)
- 1-1/2 tbsp adrak lehsan paste (ginger garlic paste)
- 4-5 hari mirch (green chili)
- 1 darmiyani piyaz (medium onion slices)
- 1/2 cup hara dhania, podina (mint leavea, coriander leaves)
- 2 bread slices
- 1-2 tbsp pani (water)
- 1 tsp laal mirch powder (red chili powder)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp bhuna or pissa zeera (cumin seeds roasted & crushed)
- 1/4 tsp haldi powder (turmeric powder)
- 2 tbsp chanay ka powder (chickpeas powder)
- 1 tbsp coconut powder
- 1 tbsp cream
- 2 tbsp makhan (butter)
- Koyla (coal for smoke)
- Oil for frying
Directions
Gaye ke qeemay main kacha papeeta, namak or adrak lehsan paste daal kar mix karlen or refrigerator main 1-2 ghantay ke liye marinate karlen_
Chopper main hari mirch, piyaz, hara dhania & podina, bread slices or pani daal kar achi tarah chop karlen_
Ab marinated qeema, laal mirch powder, garam masala powder, haldi powder, chanay ka powder, coconut powder, cream or makhan daal kar achi tarah chop karlen_
30 mins ke liye koyla ka dhuwa den_
Hathon ko oil se grease karen or mixture ke kababs bana len_
Grill pan/frying pan main oil garam karen or kababs ko halki anch par golden brown fry karlen_
Mazedar kabab garam garam serve karen_:)
