Ingredients
- 1 cup palak (spinach blanched, chopped & strained)
- 2-3 tbsp hara dhania (green coriander)
- 2-3 tbsp podina (mint leaves)
- 3-4 hari mirch (green chili)
- 1/2 cup dahi (yogurt strained)
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp adrak lehsan paste (ginger garlic paste)
- 1 tsp garam masala powder (whole spice powder)
- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- 500 gm chicken cubes
- Color bell pepper cubes
- Tamatar (tomatoes cubes)
- Piyaz (onion cubes)
- Lemon slices
- Oil for frying
Directions
Grinder main palak, hara dhania, podina or hari mirch daal den or grind bana kar paste bana len_
Bowl main green paste, dahi, cream cheese, adrak lehsan paste, garam masala powder or namak daal kar achi tarah mix karlen_
Chicken cubes daal kae 20-25 minutes marinate karlen_
Ab marinated chicken, color bell pepper, tamatar, piyaz or lemon slices ko skewers par assemble karlen_
Frying pan main oil garam karke skewers ko halki anch par pak janay tak shallow fry karlen_
Chicken palak boti tayar hai ab isse serve karen_:)
