Ingredients
- 1/2 kg qeema (mince)
- 1/2 cup dahi (yogurt)
- 1/2 tbsp bhuna or kutta zeera (cumin seeds roasted & crushed)
- 1-1/2 tbsp dhania powder (coriander powder)
- 1/2 tbsp kutti laal mirch (red chili crushed)
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 4 tbsp talli piyaz (onion fried)
- 1 tbsp pissa kacha papeeta (raw papaya paste)
- 1 tbsp adrak lehsan paste (ginger garlic paste)
- 1 tsp namak (salt)
- 1/2 cup oil
- Koyla (charcoal for smoke)
- Hari mirch (green chili)
- Adrak (ginger julienne)
- Hara dhania or podina (coriander leaves & mint leaves)
Directions
Qeemay main dahi, zeera, dhania powder, kutti laal mirch, garam masala powder, talli piyaz, pissa kacha papeeta, adrak lehsan paste or namak daal kar achi tarah mix karen or dhak kar 2-3ghantay ke liye marinate karlen_
Degchi main oil or marinated qeema daal kar 5-6 mins ke liye achi tarah mix karlen_
Dhak kar 15-20 mins qeema pak janay tak pakaen phir tez anch par pani sukh janay or oil alag honay tak pakaen_
3 minutes ke kiye koyla ka dhuwa den_
Hari mirch, adrak, hara dhania or podina daal kar serve karen_:)
