Ingredients
- 1/2 kg chicken qeema (chicken mince)
- 2 kadukash piyaz (2 onion grated remove excess water)
- 1 tbsp adrak lehsan paste (ginger garlic paste)
- 1 tsp peprika powder
- 1/2 tsp darcheeni powder (cinnamon powder)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1 tsp kaali mirch powder (black pepper powder)
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1-2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Oil as required
- Piyaz (onion slices)
- Tamatar (tomatoes slices)
Ingredients for butter rice
- 2 tbsp pani (water)
- 1/2 tsp zaffran (saffron powder or strands) optional
- 1/3 cup or as required makhan (butter)
- 1/2 cup pani (water)
- 1-1/2 cups chawal ublay hue 1 tsp namak ke sath (rice boiled with 1 tsp salt)
Directions
Bowl main chicken qeema, piyaz, adrak lehsan paste, peprika powder, darcheeni powder, namak, kaali mirch powder, lemon juice, ghee or breadcrumbs daal kar achi tarah mix karlen, dhak kar 1-2 ghantay ke liye marinate karlen_
Mixture ke kababs bana kar flat skewers par laga len_
Tawe par oil daal den or kababs ko halki darmiyani anch par panfry/grill karlen_
Ussi tawe par tamatar or piyaz ko bhi fry karlen_
Chelo kabab tayar hai_
Butter rice banane ke liye zafran powder or strands ko pani main dissolove karen or 10 mins ke liye bhigone rakh den_
Degchi main makhan or pani daal kar melt karlen, ublay chawal daal kar gently mix karlen_
Chawal ke upar zafran daal den, dhak kar 5-10 mins ke liye halki anch par rakh den_
Chelo kabab butter rice ke sath serve karen_:)
