Kharay masalay ki murghi (whole spice chicken) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 750 gm chicken ( karhai cut)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp adrak (ginger)
  • 1 tbsp lehsan (garlic)
  • 1 piyaz sliced (onion sliced)
  • 1 tsp zeera (cumin seeds)
  • 1-1/2 tsp dhania (coriander seeds slightly crushed)
  • 8 long (cloves)
  • 2 tukray darcheeni (cinnamon sticks)
  • 1 tsp kaali mirch (black pepper corns)
  • 10-12 hari ilaichi (green cardamom tap slightly)
  • 3 bari ilaichi (black cardamom tap slightly)
  • 4 sabut laal mirch (whole red chili tap slightly)
  • 1 tbsp namak (salt)
  • 1 cup dahi (yogurt)
  • Hara dhania sajane ke liye (green coriander for garnishing)

Directions

Degchi main taik daal kar garam karen or piyaz daal kar naram karen_

Adrak or lehsan daal kar halka sa fry karen_

Ab isme saray masale 6-13 daal kar halka sa fry karen_

Chicken daal kar rang tabdeel honay tak fry karlen_

Dahi or namak daal kar mix karen_

Degchi ko dhak den adhay ghantay ke liye halki anch par_

Dhakan hata kar mazeed 15 minutes ke liye paka len_

Akhir main hara dhania se garnish karke serve karen_:)
