Ingredients
- 750 gm chicken ( karhai cut)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp adrak (ginger)
- 1 tbsp lehsan (garlic)
- 1 piyaz sliced (onion sliced)
- 1 tsp zeera (cumin seeds)
- 1-1/2 tsp dhania (coriander seeds slightly crushed)
- 8 long (cloves)
- 2 tukray darcheeni (cinnamon sticks)
- 1 tsp kaali mirch (black pepper corns)
- 10-12 hari ilaichi (green cardamom tap slightly)
- 3 bari ilaichi (black cardamom tap slightly)
- 4 sabut laal mirch (whole red chili tap slightly)
- 1 tbsp namak (salt)
- 1 cup dahi (yogurt)
- Hara dhania sajane ke liye (green coriander for garnishing)
Directions
Degchi main taik daal kar garam karen or piyaz daal kar naram karen_
Adrak or lehsan daal kar halka sa fry karen_
Ab isme saray masale 6-13 daal kar halka sa fry karen_
Chicken daal kar rang tabdeel honay tak fry karlen_
Dahi or namak daal kar mix karen_
Degchi ko dhak den adhay ghantay ke liye halki anch par_
Dhakan hata kar mazeed 15 minutes ke liye paka len_
Akhir main hara dhania se garnish karke serve karen_:)
