Nargisi kabab Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg gaye ka qeema (beef mince)
  • 1 tsp lehsan paste (garlic paste)
  • 1/2 tsp darcheeni powder (cinnamon powder)
  • 1/2 tsp ground kaali mirch (black pepper)
  • 1/2 tsp ground zeera powder (cumin powder)
  • 1 tsp hari mirch paste (green chili paste)
  • 1/2 tsp laal mirch powder (red chili powder)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric)
  • 1 choti kati piyaz (small onion chopped)
  • 2 tbsp kata dhania (coriander chopped)
  • 2-3 tbsp bhuna besan (gram flour roasted)
  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1-2 cups bread crumbs

Directions

Qeemay main kati hoi piyaz, hara dhania, pissi hari mirch, lehsan, darcheeni, kaali mirch, pissa zeera, laal mirch, namak, haldi shamil karke chop karen jab tak sab cheezen ache se mix hojaen_

Qeema ek bowl main nikaal len_
Frying pan main besan bhun len or wo qeemay main daalen or achi tarah milaen_

Ab aamezay ko 6 hisso main taqseem karen_
Ek hissa utha kar hath par chapta banae or bech main anda rakh kar gola ki tarah banae_
Ahtiyat rakhen ke anda sahi se cover hojae or teh moti si ho_

Ab kabab ko breadcrumbs main coat karen_
6 kabab bana len_
Oil garam karen or halki anch par kababs ko fry karen_
