- 4-5 tbsp tail (oil)
- 5-6 hari mirchen lambai main kati (green chili lengthwise sliced)
- 1 tbsp safed sirka (white vinegar)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp kata lehsan (garlic chopped)
- 1/2 tsp grounded kaali mirch (black pepper)
- 1/2 tsp cheeni (sugar)
- 1 tsp namak (salt)
- 1 tsp corn flour
- 1/2 tbsp till ka tail (sesame seeds oil)
- 2-3 tbsp pani (water)
- 1/2 cup shimla mirch laal or peeli (bell pepper) optional
Directions
Ek bowl main sirka, soy sauce, kaali mirch, cheeni, namak or corn flour shamil karke mix karen oe beef pe daal kar mix karlen_
Beef ko 40-45 minutes ke liye marinate honay chor den_
Pan main tail garam karen or lehsan daal kar halka fry karen_
Isme phir beef shamil karke darmiyani anch par fry karen ke marzi ke mutabiq beef gal jaen_
Thora sa pani daalen saucy texture ke liye_
Akhir main hari mirch or till ka tail shamil karke mix karen or apni marzi ke chawal ke sath serve karen_:)
