- 1 hari mirch bareek kati (green chili finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp gajar (carrot)
- 1 tbsp hari piyaz (green onion)
- 1/4 tsp kaali mirch (black pepper powder)
- 1/4 tsp namak (salt)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 mozzarella cheese slices
- 2 tbsp chicken boiled & shredded
Directions
Jug main anday tor kar daal den, ab isme doodh, hari mirch, gajar, hari piyaz, kaali mirch powder or namak daal kar achi tarah whisk karen_
Frying pan ko olive oil se grease karen or anday ka mixture daal kar thori der ke liye pakaen yhhan tak ke omelette halka sa set hojae_
Ab ek side ko lift karen or anday ka mixture daal kar thora or paka len_
Mozzarella cheese slices or chicken boiled & shredded daal kar fold karden_
Ab isme bacha hua anday ka mixture or bachi hoi chicken boiled & shredded daal kar fold karte jaen_
Pieces main kaat kar serve karen_:)
