Ingredients
- 2-3 cups pani (water)
- 1 tsp haldi powder (turmeric powder)
- 2 baray or teen chotay maghaz (2 large 3 small brains)
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 bari bareek kati piyaz (large onion finely chopped)
- 2 darmiyane bareek kate tamatar (2 medium tomatoes finely chopped)
- Hasb e zarurat pani (water as required)
- 1 tsp laal mirch powder (red chili powder)
- 1 tsp haldi powder (turmeric powder)
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp kutti laal mirch (red chili crushed)
- 1-1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- 2 inch piece adrak (ginger julienne cut)
- 2-3 hari mirch (green chili sliced)
- Muthi bhar kata hara dhania (handful coriander leaves chopped)
Directions
Ek degchi main pani lain, ubaal anay par haldi shamil karke boil karen_
Maghaz daalen 2-3 minutes boil karke nikaal len_
Hath se maghaz ki ragain saaf karen_
ye process ehtiyat se karna hai warna maghaz tootne lagega_
Ek dosri degchi main oil daal kar piyaz shamil karen_
Piyaz brown honay par tamatar shamil karke naram karen_
Sara masala shamil karke mix karen_
Bech main thora pani bhi shamil karsakty hain_
Ab maghaz shamil karke kuch der bhun len_
Kati hoi mirch, dhania or adrak shamil karen_
Jab oil chorne lagay to brain masala tayar hai ab serve karen_:)
