Beef Pulao Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Gaye ka gosht (beef)
  • 1 Piyaz (onion)
  • 1 Timatar (tomato)
  • 8-10 jave Lehsan (garlic )
  • 2 tbsp Kutti Adrak (ginger crushed)
  • 2 tbsp sonf (fennel seeds)
  • 2 tbsp Sabit dhania (coriander seeds)
  • 6 Sabit laal mirch (red button chilies)
  • 6 Hari mirchen (green chilies)
  • 1 tsp Sabit zeera (cumin seeds)
  • 2 Badiyan (star anise)
  • 1 Tezpata (bay leaf)
  • 1 Darcheeni (cinnamon stick)
  • 5 Kaali mirch (black pepper)
  • 1/2 kg Chawal (rice)
  • 1 cup Dahi (yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup Podine ke patte (mint leaves)
  • 1 tbsp Hari mircho ka paste (green chili paste)
  • 1/2 tsp Kaali mirch ( black pepper)
  • Hasb e zaeqa Namak (salt to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Adrak (ginger)
  • 1 tsp Chicken powder
  • 2 Badiyan (star anise)
  • 1/2 tsp Sonf (fennel seeds)
  • 4 Hari ilaichi (green cardamoms)
  • 1/2 tsp Zeera (cumin seeds)
  • 5 Alu bukhare (dried plums)
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 1 cup Talli piyaz (fried onion)
  • 1/4 khewra water

Directions

Ek pan main gaye ka gosht, piyaz, timatar, lehsan, katti adrak, sonf, sabit dhania, sabit laal mirch, hari mirchen, sabit zeera,badiyan, tezpata, daarcheeni or kaali mirch 6 cups pani ke sath dal kar gosht galne tak pakaen_or gosht galne k bad yakhni se gosht alag karke yakhni ko ek taraf rakh den_phir ek or pan main ghee garam karke hari ilaichi or badiyan fry karen_or phir gosht ki sirf botiyan usme dal len_
Ab ek bowl main dahi, hari mircho ka paste
chicken powder, zeera ,namak, adrak, sonf, alu bukhare or kaali mirch achi tarah mix karen or is mixture ko gosht main daal kar 10 minutes pakaen_
Ab isme yakhni shamil karke ubalne rakhen or bheegy chawal shamil karke  tez anch par pani khushk hone tak pakaen_akhir main talli piyaz ,podina  or pani shamil karke 10 se 12 minutes tak dum par rakhen_ or serve karen_:)
