- 1 tsp sonf (fennel seeds)
- 1 tsp anaar dana (pomegranate)
- 8 sabit laal mirch (red chilies)
- 1 tsp aamchur
- 1 choti ilaichi (cardamom)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)

Pehle sabit masale tawe par bhun kar pees len_ab ek bowl main sab cheezen mix karlen_ab chicken ke upar churi se cuts lagaen or masala achi tarah laga ke saari raat ya kum se kum 4 se 5 ghanty ke liye fridge main rakh den_ab ek pan main 1/4 pani dal kar isme chicken rakh kar halki anch par pakaen ke chicken gal jae or paani bhi khushk hojae_ab chicken ko pan se nikaal kr baking tray pe rakhen or upar pan main bach jane wala masala daal kar garam oven main 5 minutes bake karen ya koele ki aag par senk len_ab mazedar arabic chicken sajji naan or chatni ke sath serve karen_:)
