Ingredients
- 500 gm murghi (chicken)
- 250 gm dahi (yogurt)
- 500 gm piyaz (onion)
- Chand katre kewra
- Hasb e zarurat sabit garam masala (whole spices as required)
- 2 tbsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
- 1 tbsp pissa garam masala (all spice)
- 20 gm jaefil, javetri (nutmeg ,mace)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1 cup tail (oil)
- 1 tbsp pissa dhania (coriander powder)
- 2 tsp adrak lehsan ka paste (ginger garlic)
Directions
Pehle ek pan main tail daal kar garam karlen or piyaz brown karke nikaal len_phir adrak lehsan daal kar bhunlen or chicken daal kar naram karlen_ab isme dahi, pissi hoi laal mirch, pissa dhania, long, kaali mirch, choti ilaichi, bari ilaichi, daarcheeni or namak daal kar pakaen_chicken gal jae to brown piyaz ko chura karke daal den, kewra bhi daal den_sabz ilaichi, jaefil javetri or kaali ilaichi in chaaro cheezon ko pees len or ye tayar garam masala 1/2 tsp shaamil karlen_
Uble hue badaam pees kar chicken pak jane par daalen or 2 minutes dum par rakh den_ab dish main nikaal kar hare dhania se saja kar serve karen_:)
