Chicken Ginger Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg murghi (chicken boneless)
  • 1/4 cup tail (oil)
  • 2 tbsp makhan (butter)
  • 3 timatar (tomatoes)
  • 2 tbsp adrak bareek kata hua (ginger thinly chopped)
  • 4 hari mirch (green chili)
  • 1 tsp lehsan paste (garlic)
  • 1 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1/2 haldi (turmeric)
  • 1/2 kaali mirch (black pepper)
  • 1/2 pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • 1/2 garam masala (all spice)
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp dahi (yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp kata hara dhania (coriander leaves chopped)

Directions

Ek pan main adrak ke bareek slice, lehsan ka paste, timatar or boneless chicken ko pani ke bghair daalen_or dhak kar 10 minutes pakaen_jab pani khushk hojae to namak, kaali mirch, haldi , pissi laal mirch ko tail or makhan ke sath shaamil karen or achi tarah fry karke dahi daal den_akhir main bareek kati hoi hari mirch, kata hara dhania, ketchup or pissa garam masala shaamil karke achi tarah mix karen or nikaal kar serve karen_:)
