Ingredients

  • 1 murghi choda tukre ( 1 chicken 14 pieces)
  • 1 cup dahi (yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp adrak lehsan ka paste (ginger garlic)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 2 gathi hara dhania (coriander leaves 2 bunch)
  • 8-10 hari mirch (green chili)
  • 6 jave lehsan ke (garlic cloves)
  • 1 cup tail (oil)
  • 3 piyaz bareek kati hoi (onion chopped)
  • 1 tsp kaali mirch kutti hoi (black pepper crushed)
  • 3 neembu ka rass (lemon juice)
  • 1 tbsp makhan (butter)

Directions

Pehle chicken ke tukre ko achi tarah dhokar pan main daal len_sath main dahi, namak, adrak lehsan ka paste daal kar ubalen_jab pani khushk hojae to isse utar len_ab blender main hari mirch, hara dhania or lehsan ke jave daal kar chatni pees len_iske baad thora namak mila den_phir karhai main tail garam karke isme piyaz daal kar golden brown karen or adhi nikal len_
Ab adhi piyaz main tayar ki hoi chatni daal kar halka sa fry karlen_
Ab frying pan main tail daal kar chicken ko fry karlen_or halki golden brown karke chatni main daal den_jab sari chicken daal den to upar se kaali mirch, neembu ka rass or makhan daal kar 5 minutes dum par rakh den_
Akhir main talli piyaz upar daal kar serve karen_:)
