Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chawal (rice)
  • 6 tbsp tail (oil)
  • 3 jave Kata lehsan (garlic chopped 3 cloves)
  • 5 Kate bengan (brinjal)
  • 1/2 cup Pani (water)
  • 1 Katti piyaz (onion chopped)
  • 1-1/2 tsp Pissi laal mirch (red chilli powder)
  • 1 tsp Pissa zeera (cumin powder)
  • 1 tsp Pissa dhania (coriander powder)
  • 1/2 gathi Hara dhania (green coriander a bunch)
  • Hasb e zaeqa Namak (salt to taste)
  • 3 tbsp Imli (tamarind)

Directions

Pehle pan main pani garam karke chawal 8 minutes boil karen or dish main nikal len_phir pan main oil garam karke lehsan bhune_ab pan main piyaz daal kar naram hone tak pakaen_phir bengan  chakor katen or pani shamil karke dhak kar 5 minutes pakaen_jab bengan naram hojaen to pissi laal mirch,pissa zeera,pissa dhania or imli ke sath namak mila kar pakaen_iske bad bengan kuchal kar paste bana len_pan main chawal shamil karke kata hara dhaniya daalen or 3 minutes dheemi anch par pakaen_akhir main isse dish main nikal kar serve karen_:)
