Hot & Sour Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 litre murghi ki yakhni (chicken stock)
  • 250 gm chicken boneless
  • 5 tbsp corn flour
  • 5 tbsp soya sauce
  • 4 ande ki safedi (egg white)
  • 1-1/2 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1/2 tsp pissi kaali mirch (black pepper powder)
  • 2 tbsp timatar paste (tomato paste)
  • 2 cups gobi katti hoi (cauliflower chopped)
  • 2 cups gajar katti hoi (carrot chopped)
  • 1 litre pani (water)
  • 5 tbsp neembu ka rass (lemon juice)
  • 1 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • Hasb e zarurat hari mirch (green chilies as required)

Directions

Ek bare pan main murghi ki yakhni or paani daal kar ubaalen_timatar ka paste, pissi laal mirch or namak shaamil karke phr 5 minutes ubaalen_ab pissi laal mirch, soya sauce or chicken shaamil karke mazeed 10 minutes tak pakaen_
Soup par jhaag ajae to isse saaf karden_
Ab ek cup pani main corn flour hal karen or isse yakhni ko garha karlen, khayal rahe ke guthliyan na bane_phir neembu ka arq shamil karen_halki anch karke sabziyan shaamil karen_ab ande ki safedi phent len or ahista se pan main daalen_
2 minutes tak chamach na chalaen aksar log chamach chalane ki galti karte hen jisse ande ki safedi choty hisso main toot kar phel jati hai or soup zada mazedar nahi hota_
Soup ek piyale main daalen or laal mirch, soya sauce or hari mirch ke sath serve karen_:)
